All through the first three years of the European Champions League, the club has always been considered an attraction for spectators. No wonder the team was equated as the French national team and presented itself as the only participant who could play without foreigners. Impressive record on the national level explained everything - since the year 1988 Levallois took the French title 15 times. This year, they won the 16th title in the French national league.

Also the brilliant international successes have to be mentioned: After the ETTU-Cup victory in 1988 the European Club Cup of Champions went two times, 1990 and 1995 to the suburbs of Paris and the winner of the ETTU-Cup 2004 was also club Levallois Sporting Club TT. Since several season, the club don't reach the quarter of final of ECL. Once more the last season they could not reached the Round of eight. They finished competition at the bottom of Group C because the  player number one in the team HOU Yingchao didn't play first three games so they lost all these games and they missed quarter final.

For the coming season, they desperately want to enter the quarter final. For that, Patrick CHILA becomes a coach of the team. Levallois have two new names - Taiwanese CHUANG Chih Yuan (no. 16 on ITTF list) from German Ochsenhausen and young French player Simon GAUZY (no. 24 under 18). Emmanuel LEBESSON (no. 137) and Russian Igor RUBTSOV (no. 57) are continuing.

"The group B is very strong with UMMC.I think this club will be favourite N°1 because they have European champion Michael MAZE and two high class Chinese players HAO Shuai and CHEN Qi. Even if the team of Charleroi seems a little less strong than in the past, they have a lot of experience and it's always difficult to play against this team. Finally, Fulda which became one of the most famous german top club with Waldner and Wang XI" said CHILA
